How To Age Gracefully…What I Know For Sure

It has taken me several years to both "Get It" & compile a list of things I try really hard to follow to "Age gracefully. Got a few minutes??? Check it out.

1. Reduce Stress (Stress will put more lines on your face than The Rocky Mountains on the map of Alberta, not to mention what it does to your insides). It's not an easy feat but worth striving for.

2. Eat healthy & take supplements for what you are not getting through your food or sunshine. (ie you would have to eat 20 oranges to get daily 1000mg's of calcium…might want to take a supplement instead)

3. Exercise (Can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries & a major bonus…you feel better & you won’t have to lay on the bed & use a fork to do up your jeans)

4. Fresh Air (A simple way to boost brainpower, improve health, and feel great! Simply being in the sunlight triggers skin to make vitamin D, which is a potent cancer fighter)

5. Sunscreen on the face (I learned this way to late in life, says a teenager that used baby oil & Reynold's tin foil to enhance one's color…argh!!! I use Jane Iredale's Pressed Mineral Powder to have a tanned look, it's so natural looking.

I encourage you to follow 2 thru 4 and you will def's be on your way to control number 1.
Aging gracefully isn't always easy, but attitude matters a lot.
