Smoothies For Energy

K, I asked my “Home Girls” what their favorite post work out Smoothie was. These are tested and true from girl’s who know!

The Monkey Shake

– 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
– 1/2 to 1 cup ice
– 1 banana
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
– 1 Tbsp peanut butter
Blend

This one wasn’t named but I will give it a name

The Bunny Jump

– 1/3 to 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
– 1 cup frozen berries
= 1/2 banana
– 1 to 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
– 1 to 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
Add water…blend.

Another unnamed, so I named….

LoCal GoSal

– 1 cup ice
– 1 to 1 1/2 cup fresh berries
– splash of cranberry or lime juice
– vanilla protein powder

Thxs Ladies…I tested them all out & they are great!
